The service

Birthday Invitation Maker lets you design a children's birthday invitation, download it as a PNG or PDF and share a party page where guests can see the details and reply. It is free to use. The files have no watermark. There are no accounts: your private edit link is your access to an invitation, so keep it safe. To download a file you give your email address and agree to be contacted, as described in the Privacy Policy.

We don't send invitations for you and we don't notify you of new replies. You send the file or the link yourself and check replies on your RSVP page.

Your content

• You are an adult organizing a party, or a venue acting for the host.
• You own what you upload or have permission to use it, including photos of any child, and you have the right to share the party details on the invitation.
• Don't include anything unlawful, hateful, or misleading, or private details that aren't needed for the party.
• You give us permission to store, process and display your content only to run the service for you: to render your files and the party page.
• If you collect guests' replies, you are responsible for how you use them. Use them only to organize the party.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no automated bulk creation, scraping, attempts to access other people's invitations or replies, or anything that disrupts the service. We limit how fast requests can be made and may block abuse.

Deleting content

You can delete an invitation at any time. We delete invitations after the party and unfinished drafts after a period of inactivity, as the Privacy Policy explains. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

No guarantees

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it running but it can be down, and we can change or stop it. Check every invitation before you send or print it: dates, times, address and QR code. Printed colors and size depend on your printer. Because the service is free, we are not liable for losses from using it, to the extent the law allows.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
